Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, company, email, phone, project province and type, and optional area, consumption, message and images of electricity bills for the last three months. Bills may contain subscriber names, addresses, account details and consumption. Mask unnecessary identity, bank and payment information before uploading.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use these details to respond, assess consumption and site needs, prepare a preliminary quotation and follow up your enquiry. Relevant pre-contract steps are considered under Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698; necessary security, abuse prevention and legal claim records may rely on 5/2-e and 5/2-f where their conditions apply. Legal obligations may fall under 5/2-ç. Acknowledging the notice is not marketing consent.
Collection, access and sharing
Information is collected electronically. Enquiries and bills are stored as private records on Wix infrastructure, accessible only to authorised AE Solar dashboard users. Bills are not given public links. Wix processes data to host the service; legally authorised authorities may receive information where required. Wix’s international infrastructure may involve processing abroad; the controller must separately establish the applicable transfer mechanism and provider arrangements under Article 9 of the Law.
Retention and your rights
Records should be limited to the period needed for the enquiry, quotation and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion or anonymisation when no longer necessary. Under Article 11, you may request information about processing, correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, notification to recipients and exercise your other statutory rights. Send requests to info@aesolarenerji.com.tr with sufficient information for secure identity verification; do not send unnecessary identity documents. Requests are handled within statutory procedures and time limits.
